Caring for all by all. Westmont Community Care assist you to remain living independently at home for as long as you wish to do so, by providing quality care in your own home and in the community. We have been providing quality home care services to older people within the Albury-Wodonga region since 2010.
Today Westmont Community Care ensures quality care, assistance, and support to over 1000 clients across the region. Our dedicated and passionate team of local people include home care staff, administrative staff, care managers, care co-ordinators, nurses and our finance, scheduling, and social connections teams, whom are all a part of the community that they service. We support you with domestic assistance, personal care, assisted shopping, nursing, meals on wheels and property maintenance, and also support you in attending to ‘the Willows’ for social connections.
