The Booking Process
1. Call or email us to check availability.
You can call us between 9am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday on (02) 5005 7844 or email us anytime at baranduda@bandihouse.org
2. Complete our online booking form
Click the button below to access our online booking form.
3. Make payment
You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice within 7 business days, after submitting your booking application.
4. Attend safety induction and collect access FOB
If your booking falls outside of staffed hours, you will be contacted to arrange a time prior to your booking to attend a safety induction and collect an access FOB.
5. Enjoy your time!
Attend your booking. Be sure to book enough time to set up and pack up.
6. Let us know numbers and provide feedback
To assist us with reporting to our funders, please let us know how many people attended your event and if you have and feedback on your experience with us, we would love to hear it!

Kindly note: hirers are required to be covered by public liability insurance. Private, one-off bookings, can be covered under the centres insurance fro an additional flat fee of $28/day
*This fee is charged post hire and only incurred if the venue is not left in a clean and tidy condition - price varies dependent on venue condition.
**If your booking is considered 'high risk', you may also be charged a bond of $150 which can be refunded after your booking is complete.
