Community Accessability is a registered not-for-profit, charitable organisation that promotes social wellbeing and achievement of life goals for individuals who need support to maintain independence due to ageing, disability or disadvantage. We are committed to helping vulnerable members of the community to stay connected to family, friends, community, culture and personal interests by providing a range of individual and community activities, home supports, social, housing and transport assistance.
